We would like to inform you thatWinter Surcharge inSt. Petersburg and UST'-LUGA will be charged with effective from 01 December, 2015.
1. Validity: from 01 December, 2015 till further notice(onboard date manifested on B/L)
2.Applicable coverage: shipment loaded fromFE/ISC/Europe to St. Petersburg and UST'-LUGA.
3. Charge code: " WS "
4. Rate: USD 100 per teu
5. Payment term: follow prepaid/collect of ocean freight
